Did you ever find any answers? I'd be interested in them.
I keep wanting to buy the "Fit to Deliver" book, but it seems like every time I am about to, some other expense comes up in its place. But really, I am just a few weeks away from the second trimester and feel I really better get it ordered to see what else will change for me exercise wise. For example, can one do regular ab work on an Incline or Decline bench?
Wish I had bought an exercise book in lieu of one of those baby name books!
