I am on a strength rotation right now. What I am doing (to prevent boredom) is each workout in S&H once a week, the Pyramids once a week, and an additional leg workout (either L&G or GS Legs). My heaviest lifts are with S&H but I am trying to keep up with those weights in the Pyramids, too (more difficult since the pace is faster). I am hitting my lower body three times a week and each upper body part twice and very happy with my results so far.
