A Slow & Heavy Question

I am working the S&H Series into my rotation. Do you think I should do all three workouts 2 times a week or just once?

I did them twice per week (with only 1 or 2 cardios) and got good results. After the first three weeks I found doing them once per week still produced results and that's what I did for another 2-3 weeks because I wanted time to do more cardio.

I agree with Clare. I am on a S&H rotation right now. To hit the muscles 2 X per week, I also do one endurance workout per week (such as ME, PH, or MM).
 
I am on a strength rotation right now. What I am doing (to prevent boredom) is each workout in S&H once a week, the Pyramids once a week, and an additional leg workout (either L&G or GS Legs). My heaviest lifts are with S&H but I am trying to keep up with those weights in the Pyramids, too (more difficult since the pace is faster). I am hitting my lower body three times a week and each upper body part twice and very happy with my results so far.
