A request for an STS rotation

I LOVED the June'09 rotation allowing me to use STS! Would it be possible to have an additional monthly rotation that includes STS?

I am waiting on STS cardio before I do the program over from start to finish but I feel great incorporating it now. I would really like to know how to use meso's 2 & 3 in a rotation if that's possible.

p.s. the July rotation looks awesome but I don't have most of those disc's......yet

Check the STS Strength Training Forum and the Workout Manager. WM has some STS (and other) rotations that you can download right into your workout calendar. I haven't bought STS yet but the people who base their weight loads on the 1RM test seem to get great results!
