What workouts from the BodyBlast Series or the Slow and Heavy or Gym Styles is most like the CTX Upper Body Workout? I have to sub that in only I don't have CTX upper body. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks so much:.)
 
I'd say the closest to CTX upper body is to combine the two timesaver workouts from the upper body tapes into one workout. I've done this before and it clocks in a just over 60 minutes.

A second option would be to do upper body only premixes from either Supersets or Push Pull. Or combined the shortest premixes from both of these workouts for one longer upper body workout.

I don't think S & H is as easy to do modify to make it like CTX.

Combine the two timesaver workouts from what upperbody tape? I don't have the Supersets or Push Pull. I have the Intensity series and the Gym style series. Also the Hardcore Extreme DVD. Thanks
 
I believe PUB would work great (I think that's Intensity series). Also, the upper body premix from ME would be great. I sub those whenever a rotation calls for CTX Upper.

DUH!!!! I'd be nice if I mention which workouts!

The two timesaver workouts from both of the Gym Style Upper Body workouts are what I was refering to. If you combine them together, eliminating the cooldown from the first one and the warm up from the second one, it clocks in at just over an hour.

DUH number 2! I thought you said in your first post that you had the Body Blasts. From Intensity series, I would recommend either an upper body only premix from ME or Bootcamp (probably combine the two), or the heavy upper body only premix from Cardio and Weights.
