The two timesaver workouts from both of the Gym Style Upper Body workouts are what I was refering to. If you combine them together, eliminating the cooldown from the first one and the warm up from the second one, it clocks in at just over an hour.
DUH number 2! I thought you said in your first post that you had the Body Blasts. From Intensity series, I would recommend either an upper body only premix from ME or Bootcamp (probably combine the two), or the heavy upper body only premix from Cardio and Weights.
