Hi Clare! I think Heidi means she sits on the ball instead of her bench for upper body work. Heidi correct me if I am wrong. Something else I did yesterday: Instead of lying on the ball for side legs lifts, (PLB) I positioned myself on my step bench and found it to be quite challenging. (a bit more balance involved) I decided to try this because I cannot put ANY pressure on my kneecap at this point, which lying sideways on the ball does. Does this make sense??? Just thought I'd share. I also added some glute sweeps, but just remained on the step. I did not higher & lower my core area like Cathe does in L&G's. (Again, another knee issue for me.)
