I work out within 1-2 hrs. of wakening, so I am hungry, but only want to eat enough to sustain my energy for a tough workout. I usually have 1 froz. organic Buckwheat waffle w/a dab of butter & fruit spread or berries, coffee & sm. glass of oj.
My ? is: What do you recommend eating pre-workout? Is what I am eating OK? And, do you suggest different foods depending on what your workout that day will be (weights vs. cardio, etc.)?
