Pound dumbbells but choose whatever weights suit you.

I like the legs at 90/90 while holding the ball move. I'm going to have to remember to try it when I'm at home. Perhaps it'll be in the new LMR series. It always amazes me how she seems to constantly come up with new moves or twists on older ones.
