A little bet anyone?

OK I live in north Jersey, NYC metro area. They're predicting 3-30 inches (the national weather service is a great help huh?). So maybe a little wager--I bet no more than 6 inches.

Of course it's killing my w/e--no leg workout Sunday since I probably won't be able to make it to the gym, & my Saturday night date will be either cancelled or abbreviated b/c the BF will be out all night plowing. Stupid snow! x(

Oh Gees ,I'm in Idaho and the Ski resort just up from my backyard needs snow ,So I'm asking you to send it my way :) :) :) :) .We need snow so bad and its sunny and maybe 45 out .Its melting fast ... Anyhow I'll just take a guess and say your gonna get 2 inches .:) Hows that you could still make your date !!!}( }( }( }( Good luck

Maximus,

My MIL lives near Hacketstown in North Jersey. She said they are suppose to get the same as you. I bet she'll get about 10". I live in Philadelphia and think we will get around 4-5".

Aila:)

Hey neighbor!! I just heard that we are suppose to get 12 to 16 inches. It's suppose to start around noon on Saturday and end Sunday at noon. This was on the abc news. My husband has to plow also since he is in charge of the Summit H.S., yikes. Im betting that we get close to what they are prediting, im thinking 10".

Crap! There goes my date--the BF works for SOFD & has to do the FD plus like 5 parking lots in town. I hate that plowing business--it's like he finishes everything then he has to start all over again. Sometimes it's fun to go & keep him company (something about sitting all warm & cozy in that giant truck w/all the heavy machinery LOL), but I ain't tagging along at 2:00 am.

Yup, they've posted a blizzard warning from noon Saturday thru noon Sunday...which means we'll get about 6 inches and lots of wind. ;)
(Well, I can *hope*, can't I?) :)

They're predicting 10 - 15 inches and blizzard conditions on our shoreline here in CT. I'll take the snow over the ice we've had the last couple of storms. Maybe the temp will go up higher than 3 degrees, too! Everyone stay warm and safe!

We're predicted to get 6 to 10 inches in the Philly area. I am PRAYING for more. I want nothing more than to sit down in front of my fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate to read a good book. If we don't get snow, I'll be running around doing stuff I don't get done during the week. I NEED this weekend more than you can imagine.

The last I heard here was 6-8 inches Saturday & another 6 on Sunday. My boss has already had me cancel all appointments & is closing Saturday. Cool!!

Whee...now they're saying 16 to 22 inches here in NYC; perhaps as bad as the blizzard of '96. I was in PA back then on a very small side street. We were snowed in for 3 days until the plow finally got to us.
