A Good Hi/Lo Workout

I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on an advanced Hi/Lo workout video, preferably one that is at least 40-40 minutes or longer in length. I've tried Kathy Smith's Cardio Time Saver, and it wasn't the difficulty I am looking for. Something comparable to intensity to MIC Hi/Lo would be great. Thanks for your help!

Hi, Lori! I don't know how many nickels you have to rub together - or offload - but you may want to consider the Cathe Cross Train Express (CTX) series AND Cathe's Circuit Max workout, in addition to MIC.

CTX has several aerobic workouts that include hi/lo segments, although none of them has an exclusive hi/lo workout. Same with Circuit Max - the first 14 minutes after the warm-up are hi/lo with 2-minute resistance circuits interspersed.

I really enjoy these, and I like to do a lot of hem-stitching, cueing up segments from 2 or more workouts to form one glorious whole!
