I don't know what the good titles are out there, but I'd bet you'd have better luck if you went onto the Human Kinetics website (www.humankinetics.com). I'd bet with Amazon you get a bunch of dumbed-down dreck, whereas on Human Kinetics you'd get a lot more professional, scientifically safe stuff on flexibility training.

the only disadvantage to this book is that many of the stretches are more effective with props and/or a partner, but there are so many stretches and variations offered that there is still plenty to work on solo.
