I was wondering what exactly is the messurement for "a glass" of water? I know that you are suppose to drink 8 glasses on a day that you are not working out and 10 glasses on the days that you are. But what exactly is "a glass"?
I typically drink anywhere between 80-100 ounces of water a day and a soda every once in a while. But I was wondering is this enough water everyday? I drink 20 ounces at a time, but I am thinking if I need to drink more than 100 ounces I am going to start floating on my feet instead of walking. :7
