A full CXT check-in

I've only done it once so I just followed Cathe's suggestion & did more up, than across but the intensity dropped. The floor work in Circuit Max also takes a lot of real estate. I'm choreographically challenged so it's going to take me awhile. Bad enough following, but to actually improvise & join back in when I could was pathetic. Glad only my dog was watching.

Hi everyone! Sounds like you all had good weeks and everyone's enjoying their new Cathe tapes!

As for me, I'm trying to use the CTX vids once per week in their entirety and then have Circuit Max be my second (light) strength training day; except for legs which I plan to work hard twice per week.

Here's how my week looked:

Monday - Just coming back from weekend trip to Anchorage but wanted to do something so at 9:00pm I did Circuit Max
Tuesday - Power Circuit and Leaner Legs
Wednesday - Step & Intervals
Thursday - CTX Kickbox
Friday - 10-10-10
Saturday - All Step and Leaner Legs
Sunday - Warm-up and Hi/Lo from MIC and all of Cardio Kicks

I am lovin' these tapes!!
