A few suggestions for 1 hr. workouts...

using the new dvds. I rarely have more than 1 hr. to workout. Here is what i've done this past week (w/1 day off & a 75 min. outdoor walk w/hills):

BodyMax2-
w.u/step combos
lower body weights(skip step part of circuits)
(skip upper body)
abs/stretch

BM2-
w.u./power circuits step/blasts only
upper body weights
abs
stretch


B&G-
w.u./standing portion
outer/inner thigh only on floor
abs/core
stretch

LIC-
cardio blast timesaver(until stretch)
abs
stretch

BM2-
double upper body premix until abs(47 min.)
10 min abs. on ball from B&G
stretch briefly on my own

I feel like I've really worked HARD all week, loving it!

LIC is particularly fun w/great music. B&G wins for most fun warm up!
Hope this helps someone out there...What else are people doing in 1 hr or less, but still really hard?
