A couple of questions for Fitnessfreak

Hi Debbie:),

I had a observation I noticed that to me at least that PUB, PLB both seem to be harder than MM in terms of breaking the different body parts workouts as you have in this month's rotation. Is that true? Or is that just true for me? Enlighten me oh learned one.

Also, I've been considering buying either Cathe's Body Blast Timesaver workout DVD or Crosstrain Xpress DVD. I like cardio and I'm really enjoying strength training and I do have all the other Bodyblast series. I like to have variety to keep me on track. I also love Terminator from the intensity series, yes, I know I'm insane. LOL!! I really love the circuit or cross training ones. I've been toying with the idea of maybe getting Hardcore extreme. I'm 43 yrs and need to loose 30 lbs and I'm an Endomorph. I'd really appreciate your recommendations and incite.:D

Not FitnessFreak, but I LOVE Hardcore Extreme and The Terminator. If you love circuits and/or intervals, you can't go wrong! :D
 
PUB and PLB are much harder then MM because you are doing 52 reps instead of just 10 or 12. The constant impact on the muscles as you up the weights and lower the reps fatigue the muscles really well. That is why they seem harder. It's true for me too.

I'm not to up on the Extreme workouts. I've done them all maybe once. So I can't really give you any advice on them. I know they are INTENSE cardio so if you like that, go for it!
