Good morning my fellow clean-eaters!

It's a full moon, maybe that's why I CANNOT SLEEP!!!! Maybe getting my posting out of the way will conk me out!:p

Busy day ahead - lots of errands, including taking our little stray kitty Suzy to the vet to get fixed. I hate spending that much $$ on a stray but I'd hate even more to have vet bills/have to kill a bunch of diseased kittens from under my deck!

Workout will be cardio - more than likely a Leslie Sansone while Isabel naps - if I can stay awake, that is! Wednesday I'm lifting crazy-heavy to give myself some major DOMS on Thursday. I have a pregnancy massage scheduled then and I want to be SORE so I can really enjoy it! Thursday will be my rest day for the week. Oh, and on Saturday I have a 90-minute pedicure/foot and leg massage scheduled! I'm using up lots of gift cards!:D

Eats were clean yesterday - I really wanted a big warm cc cookie, but I resisted!

eats today: no clue on snacks!

l - oh, yikes. No idea!
d - meatloaf, potatoes, salad. And I'm making a new recipe for crescent rolls that is going to be HARD TO RESIST!!! Wish me at least portion-control because resistance will be futile! And I have a new recipe for apple pie that I want to make but I'm already going to be in trouble with those *&^%$^% crescent rolls! LOL! Mike, of course, wants me to make it anyway! MEN!

WO this morning was Drill Max Scrambled Cardio Blast -- drills 1, 3, 5, 4, 6, 5 and 2 in that order. KILLER!

I was STARVING yesterday -- definitely ate more than normal, but today my weight is DOWN. When I am lifting heavy, my body just TORCHES calories!! It's crazy!!

I am feeling better today. I have a ton of things to get done at work today and I hope I get it done. I left last night so I could workout.

Good morning,

After my attempted workout yesterday, I felt a little beat down. I spent the entire afternoon/evening in my bed. This morning I still felt al ittle tired/sick but after getting moving, I feel a little better. No WO today though. My heart is pounding inside my chest as it is so I think I'll take it easy.

Ryan came home yesterday and went to the store. We had nothing for bfast this morning but bagels. Thankfully I had some light laughing cow cheese - it's actually a super yummy substitute for cream cheese!

I'm making something with meat for dinner tonight. :) Have to figure it out.

Kate, sorry you couldn't sleep. I can so rememeber those days. Your crescent rolls sound so yummy!

Katie, I have just the opposite effect from lifting heavy. My body seems to hold on to weight. I never really get sore lifting heavy (and I promise it's heavy) but lifting like ME lifting makes me sore for days. It's weird. My body is an anomaly.

Steph, how are you? Squeeky clean as usual. Thinking of you...

Robin, I love new WOs. Somehow they seem to go faster!

Colleen, did you send me your sickeness?:D I'm glad you're feeling better.

So, I'm a HUGE cubs fan and our "ace" pitcher, Carlos Zambrano pitched a no-hitter on Sun! Super fun for me. World Series, here we come!!

It's quiet around here today. I'm eating spaghetti pie AGAIN for lunch... if I ever make it again.

Have a chuck roast in the crock pot for dinner. Forgot to get a veggie side (even though there are peppers/onions in it and we're having potatoes with it)... I just feel like there should be something green.

Feeling a little better this PM.

My friend is coming over this afternoon to help me figure out decor ideas for the new place...

Angie, different strokes for different folks. I wish I could like total body (well, I do like it), it's just not what my body prefers.
Colleen, what kind of clif bar did you eat? I am addicted to the oatmeal raisin ones!!
