Katie, i've heard upright rows aren't the best for shoulders anyway, take it easy with that. I noticed my left shoulder is bugging me too. i'm heading to the chiro this afternoon.
I dont know what workout to do, either full Imax 3, Imax 3 (5 intervals) and yoga, core...Imax 2..help!
