How is everybody today? I'm tired! I'm sleeping awful/waking up way too early. I guess Baby is getting me ready for sleepless nights!

Payroll and errands for me this morning. Bible study tonight.
Hoping to do some Classical Stretch and/or Bar Method sometime this afternoon. Also hoping for some DOMS from MM last night!

This morning I was able to do Timesaver back bi and double core work.
I was able to eat 80% clean yesterday but today is Family Day at work so we will see what they have.

Hey Kate and all to follow! Sorry I never made it back for personals yesterday, busy night, but I did check on you all!!

Workout this morning was MM UB premix (great minds think alike, Kate!). Everything was good, except the upright rows hurt my shoulder a bit so I modified.

B cereal
S fruit, almonds
L dinner leftovers -- bbq chicken, grilled veggies, and mac & cheese (cleaned up, I swear!)
S more fruit, ???
D hamburger steak, broccoli, maybe rice

MM abs tonight.
 
Robin, God job y'day! Good luck today! Mike actually took a pic of me with the belly last night - I'll try to post the pic later. I'm lookin' large!! 11 pounds thus far...22 weeks..not too bad I guess. I really need to quit weighing myself...

Katie, Did you say hamburger steak?!?!?! I've been craving red meat like none other this pregnancy! Guess I need the iron! Careful with that shoulder!

Kate, nice menu, you need to quit weighing yourself! You're beautiful. The RT is going to be awesome with your baby bump. Workout sounds good too, you might need a napmax, sorry you didnt sleep well.

Robin, 80% clean is great, i'd love to know what the other 20% was :) What's family day?

Katie, i've heard upright rows aren't the best for shoulders anyway, take it easy with that. I noticed my left shoulder is bugging me too. i'm heading to the chiro this afternoon.

I dont know what workout to do, either full Imax 3, Imax 3 (5 intervals) and yoga, core...Imax 2..help!

Steph, How do you eat soooo stinkin' clean EVERYDAY!?!?! You amaze me! Cool again here, but gray. That's alright though - my house is picked up/not a mess - I'm in a great mood! Thanks for the encouragement - I need it. Mike's grandma insists I'm having twins because "there is no way you can be showing so much and only have one baby in there! She must be laying sideways!" Well, she is head down as of the ultrasound and my weight gain is right on track, thank you very little. Sweet lady, but with her age she's sure she knows everything about having babies. I'm sure I'll be just as opinionated! I like your intervals, yoga, core option. I'm looking forward to a nice long stretch later!

I woke up and thought is was Thursday and I am mad that it is only Wednesday. I am tired of work, my coworkers and everything. I think it is just a bad mood and I hope I can shake it soon.

Kate, how rude of Mike's grandmother. It sounds like you are doing great. Maybe she can't do math?

Today was my nieces preK graduation, she will still be in preK next year so we went to watch her sing her song. Then tonight is Shelbys moving up ceremony from 4th grade to 5th grade.

I did Hi/Lo Challenge great nrg mix. Lots of fun.

Jenn, Good to see you! YAY SHELBY!!! give her a hug for us! GReat WO! I looooove Panera but Mike don't go there because one of the men that works there HIT ON HIM!!!! He was so grossed out he refuses to go back!:eek: Thankfully, I hate that sourdough they give you so it's not a temptation here. But oh if it were plain white bread - watch out! Good luck with dinner tonight - just think of all the hard work with Amy earlier today!

Doing good with eats still. Roast is in the oven and smells wonderful! I'm hungry!

Kate, what time is dinner? I can smell your roast, and I am hungry too! LOL at the grandmother.

Jenn, I LOVE Panera. I usually get a cream based soup, so you did better than I would have! I love that bread too!

Today has been clean, NO CHOCOLATE, but menu wasn't exactly as planned. Oh well. I am feeling a little lighter and better, so I know my cleaning-it-up is working!

I need to do a lower body circuit tomorrow -- any suggestions (1 hour or less, pls!)?

Dinner was not as planned because DH worked late. I just put together some leftovers for dinner.

Kate, i dont eat meat, but i remember my mom doing roasts, and it used to be amazing!

Katie, another vote for DM legs cardio, its under an hour!

Colleen, what you end up having for dinner?

Jenn, i dont think we have panera in Canada, but pizza sounds really good about now.

I ended up doing Imax 2 and core from MM! I started Imax 2, and had so much fun, i just kept going. Havent done it in a couple years at least.
