60 Day No Fast Food Sugar-ose Challenge- Tuesday

Hi All

I hope everyone had a sugar free day yesterday! I am on day 5 Yahoo!
Did High Step Circuit this morning as a cardio day. Don't think the weight work in there counts!

I'm going to focus on eating clean today too. It's time! Summer and a black-tie affair are quickly approaching!!!

Lori - "Honeyballs" are another name for struffoli (sp?) an Italian dessert usually made around Christmas time. A friend made them for me the other day. They're basically flour, egg, etc. cut into little balls, deep fried, and then drowned in honey. THEY'RE DELICIOUS! and I don't get them too often. They're gone now....don't tell my friend but I threw the rest of them in the garbage. My family doesn't really like them and I can't resist them so out they went.

Thanks for the information about Weight Watchers. I have all the latest information because I show up there once a month and make sure I get everything new. I kind of eat like "core" but my portions are so out of control so I really need to follow points. Okay, I'm on a mission.....I have everything out on my desk and already started counting on paper. If this doesn't work for me in a few days I'm going to sign up online. I'm really impressed with how much weight you have lost so quickly. I'm MORE IMPRESSED with how much exercise you do in a day....I'm sure that's helped so much!!!! I don't have the stamina to run....I wish I did. I also wish I had a treadmill but I had to get rid of the old one I had...I didn't trust it anymore.

Aarghhhh! I just ate an Oreo cookie before I logged in to the forum. I should have logged in first cause I'm sure you girls would have stopped me! I stopped at one cookie, so I won't beat myself up too bad because I really have been pretty disciplined. Last night I did Kick, Punch & Crunch and ate NOT ENOUGH because I could barely finish the kicking/punching combos at the end and my stomach growled after I went to bed. I need to do something different about that because I know hunger messes with your metabolism. x(

It's hard going to bed with a rumbly belly, it makes it hard to sleep well.

I read that you have to eat a certain amount of calories to keep your body burning fat. I have yet to find that amount:(
And I really hate counting points or calories, I did it for years and it never did any good. All it did was make me think of food all the time.
