"60 Day No Fast Food/Restaurant Challenge?"

I'd love to do this! Last week I found out my cholesteral is up to 221, higher than the last time I had it tested. And all the pants I "took in" last year are now too tight. I need to clean up my act! x(

I might not do well with the "no sugar" part, but I pretty much never get fast food. I had a veggie burger from Burger King when I was stuck in an airport about two months ago and that was the first time I'd eaten fast food in years!

Please feel free to vamp it any way you like. It's just a rough idea. I really need this boost too. My health is bordering as well. I'm eager to see the results and compare the results as well.

I'd be happy to be part of this check-in also but does it mean no "restaurants" at all or just fast food restaurants. I'm a little nervous about the sugar part too but I'd be willing to give it a shot. I couldn't join in if it meant all restaurants - I live to eat out, lol.

Oh man I haven't been to a fast food restaurant since I moved back to Jersey. And I drive past a Wendy's every day--their fries make me drool.

Did we decide on the subject title? I like LauraMax's title. I just want to make sure, because I really want to keep this one going. We can always change it up later.

I think we should put it in the Check in board. I am a sugar addict. No other way to describe it. I can't have even one chocolate egg or a jelly bean... one turns into a pound! the worst time of day is after dinner. I need this check in!:9

Does a grilled chicken salad a McDonald's count? It's actually quite healthy. I just finished a month of having only those when we have to do a very quick meal. Celebrated with a Big & Tasty. :)

I agree.. I believe the Asian Chicken ( grilled) salad should be ok.. here are the stats from their site:

Calories: 300
Fat: 10gr ( 1 saturated)
23 g Carb
5 gr fiber
32 gr protein.
