It sure was quiet here yesterday, wasn't it???

I just finished up Disc 2 Back & Tris. I'm walking funny today, ladies, with LB DOMS from Disc 17! YIKES! Good thing I got my run in yesterday afternoon (I logged over 4.25 miles at about 3pm) because I'm not sure if my legs could run right now. I've got my long run of 9 miles scheduled for tomorrow, so we'll see how I feel by then! :)

Today's plan....cleaning for my friend while kids at Rec (last week for the Rec Program). Then DS and I will be cutting the grass (half a YUCKO cheer on this one today). Clean eats all day yesterday and again today! One day at a time!

Just finished my first workout of insanity. OMG!! That is so tough.
I have to quick get in the shower, put the finishing touches on my paper, get my hair colored, and go to school to turn it in. Then I can relax tonight. I got a 91 on my test....sooo happy. It was worth 70% of our grade.

Well gotta go
Hopefully I will BB tonight

Good Morning everyone!

The kids and I spent another day (4 days in a row now) cleaning and de-cluttering this house. I had magazines about 6 subscriptions for the years 1999 thru today!!! They were all neat and organized but taking up a huhge amount of room. I never realized what a pack rat I am because everything I have is neatly in a labeled container. Well I have been looking at stuff and asking myself do I want to pack that, move it and then unpack it. If the answer is no to any of those questions is yes out it goes!

Before my arm/injury I used to scrapbook and I was even a Creative Memoriesa consultant. I am going to put all my inventory in a yard sale to get rid of it.

I am yard saling all my exercise dvds maybe even STS!!!!

DD was up again all night I ended up having to sleep with her and I actually just woke up! I am going to do disc 38 and abs. Then it is back to more decluttering!!!!!!!!!!! I have been watching that show clean house and it is amazing how liberating it is.

Well good luck to everyone today.

O and I almost forgot I have been eating GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today is a new day and I will get it right today!

I did LIC the whole workout today. I was very wet...LOL! I just love circuits...

Eating has been good quality wise but my portions could be smaller. Gonna work on that.

Gayle, I so remember how sore I was from those meso 1 legworkouts! I can just picture you walking funny...LOL! Your 9 mile run should take care of some of that!

Chrissy, YEAH! on the grade you got!!! THat is awesome! Congrats! I got a chuckle out of the test results from your biking or running being better than your competitive 26year old classmate!LOL! So funny! You are in good shape, girl!

Julie, I , too was a Creative Memories consultant.... all I can say is I'm glad I am not any more... But I still have stuff I ordered on my last order to carry me through quite a few albums...
But, noooo on the STS and workout dvds! At least save all the cathe ones! What would you be doing for workouts after you move if you have no exercise videos? Save them, save them!
I should go through my house like you do though, there is a ton of stuff I would not bother to move, so why am I holding on to it? DH wanted to add an attic to our house so we can have more storage, and I refused, saying it will just give us more places to clutter things up with stuff we don't need...

I hope you all are doing well, Jo and Rachel, you both have seemed to have quite a few busy weeks. I hope things will slow down for you soon.

Hey guys.

Julie, I ditto what Cendrine said about the Cathe DVDs. I'd save them. If, after you get settled once again, want/need to get rid of them then go ahead, but ask yourself what WILL you do for working out once you move and settle?

The boys and I spent 2 hours in our (unfinished) basement yesterday morning. We cleaned up and OUT! DS (whose chore it is to take the garbage out weekly) dragged out 2 large bags and 5 boxes of junk, garbage, dried out play-doh and other stuff. I LOVE it!

Chrissy, GREAT JOB on your test, and enjoy getting your hair done.

Cendrine, I'm on the clean eating road too. I've concentrated on keeping portions in check too. Great job!

Hi Everyone!

Well yesterday I was at work at 5:30 a.m. - all day meetings; out to dinner and did not get home until 10 p.m.! Needless to say NO WORKOUT!

So, today I did get up and do Disc 18 Chest & biceps...oh how I love Meso 2! Tonight my GF comes in from CA. She will be here until next Tuesday so my checkin's may be spotty through this weekend! Know though that I will be getting my workouts in!!!!

I'm thinking of all of you and will talk to you later!
 
Hello hello hello!!!

I am actually home early. If 4:20 is early. An electrical cantractor blew the power in the whole building today maybe even burning up the main breaker room so there were no lights to work in so we had to come home...so sad...NOT. In fact I hope it did burn up there breaker room because that will throw there deadlines way back and then since they screwed up their scheduling they would be getting what they deserve. I know it is probably like talking Greek to you gals so I will go onto something we can all relate to...:D

This morning was cardio day for me so since I am doing circuits on those days I did kicking and punching with high step circuit from KPC. This was a real heart thumper. I thought I was going to be disappointed when I realized that between each punching drill it was just the same hi step sequence but when my legs started burning I thought 'It does not matter how you get there its just that you get there!' So I went throught that with no pauses and my arms were dead from disc 1 yesterday so they were trying to lag behind but I would not hear it.

Julie-I agree with Cendrine...unless you know you are done exercising forever, don't yard sale them. I think you will regret it. But DH is still interested in the p90 but if it is too much trouble let me know. I love decluttering. You are right, it is so liberating esp. to go into a room that was full of crap and you get to clean it out enough to see the floor.

Gayle-Are you jumping around to whatever disc calls you for the day or do you have reason to your madness? I have not been able to keep up too much but it seems like you are jumping a bit.

Chrissy-Congratulations on your test. How much more do you have before you are done?You probably have said that before but I forget.

Jo-I know you will be taking your friend out and whipping her butt into shape too.:D

Cendrine-I have not been able to try the quiche yet but am looking forward to it when I get a spare day. We are going to the mountains in September and am trying to think of things that I could make up there that would not take many ingredients but do have a wow factor. I think individual quiches ,so that anyone who wants a full fat version, would be an easy and great idea.

OK guys. I have some catching up to do with the house so I am off to make up for lost time.

Rachel, I am jumping a bit, but going from one Meso one week to another Meso the next week is actually how the undulating rotation works, so I thought I'd try it out and see if I liked the constant change of pace (last week was Meso 2 and this was 1).

Finishing up making the kids' dinner then I'm going to take them for a walk into town just for fun!

We're back from the lake.:D:D Had lots of fun and plan to be in the city for a couple of days and then out camping for a few days.

My mom, sister and I had 5 of the kids (2 of mine, 2 of one sisters and 1 belonging to third sister) at the lake. We rode ATVs, and the biked. Unfortunately more bike falling than riding:( We canoed, paddle boated, and swam. The power boat is in for repairs which was good as the kids actually used the self propelled boats. We watched movies, and did puzzles. We had bonfires and golfed. We were eaten alive by mosquitoes! We went on walks and hikes and of course we ATE!!! Way too many treats. The kids had a blast with their cousins with very little fighting.

DS informed me the first evening that we were there that he was out of his asthma medication (not his rescue med but his preventation med) His asthma woke him ( and me) up evening night and we would go sit in the first air.

DH is away this week on business and is to be home Thursday evening. I hope to leave Sat am for some camping at a different lake and then finish up at the family cottage for another weekend before my holidays are over.

I guess I should do some type of workout in the two days I'm home. Not sure what yet.

Will catch up with personals tonight or tomorrow.
