6.5 STS rotation rest?

Can't find a post on this: A beginner asked me, when doing the 6.5 month STS rotation, is there a week off after four weeks as in the 3.5 or do they just keep going, OR do they take a week off in some other spot? I really didn't know the answer, as I'm doing the 3.5 with shock cardio rotation. Thanks in advance for suggestions!

I am doing the 5.5 month sts rotation and had asked Cathe this exact same question when I started. It's not included in the rotation posted here at Cathe.com but yes, she encourages a recovery week every 4 weeks no matter which STS rotation you are doing.
