^ 5's For Me!!!

Miss Lee

Cathlete
Please pardon my self absorbed, attention seeking post, but I just have to pat myself on the back. I've been following a rotation for 4 weeks now and I haven't missed a single workout! Not only have I NOT missed any of the workouts, I've actually added extra cardio

This is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I usually bag a rotation after a week -- 10 days at the most. I've been doing 3 full body weight circuits per week, along with 4 or 5 days of cardio. On rest days I've been doing a segment from Classical Stretch. I haven't lost much weight, but I have lost some inches and my endurance has improved.

I hope I can continue this pattern. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. I could easily refute that, and I know that if I missed a workout now it'd be very easy for me to blow off another one, then another one, until I eventually returned to my days of sloth ;) .

Please, if you can spare a vibe or two to keep on the straight and narrow, I'd really appreciate it.:)

THAT's awesome. Maybe I can follow your good example. <<<<Here's my good vibes for ya!>>>> Keep it up! :7

Wow! Way to go!

You sound just like me I can never make it past the 10 day mark of any rotation. I am planning on starting Cathe's August '04 rotation on Monday and you have inspired me that I CAN stick with it.:)

What a timely post! Keep up the good work!

YAY Miss Lee! I'm so proud of you! And you CAN keep going. I know you can. Sounds like you deserve that Cardio Princess title that Coach Sean crowned you with ;)

Great job, Michele! I went through a phase where I bought all of Cathe's workouts so I could do any Cathe rotation. But I still haven't done all of one except the intermediate one. I've got to try again some time. I don't even stick very well to the rotations I design for myself!

I am the another one can never follow a single rotaion. Never finished Cathe's. The most I followed is about a week and I just go back to do whatever I felt like it.

I envy you and everyone who can do the rotation. I am not sure why I can never do them. It is very puzzling to me.
