Please pardon my self absorbed, attention seeking post, but I just have to pat myself on the back. I've been following a rotation for 4 weeks now and I haven't missed a single workout! Not only have I NOT missed any of the workouts, I've actually added extra cardio
This is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I usually bag a rotation after a week -- 10 days at the most. I've been doing 3 full body weight circuits per week, along with 4 or 5 days of cardio. On rest days I've been doing a segment from Classical Stretch. I haven't lost much weight, but I have lost some inches and my endurance has improved.
I hope I can continue this pattern. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. I could easily refute that, and I know that if I missed a workout now it'd be very easy for me to blow off another one, then another one, until I eventually returned to my days of sloth .
Please, if you can spare a vibe or two to keep on the straight and narrow, I'd really appreciate it.
