50 and over week of Feb 20 check in

Joan you are losing almost a half pound a day-- that is a calorie deficit of 1750 cals. Not bad! Think long term!

I am really crabby today. I went to a killer trx class this morning and then I just couldn't take it-- came home and ate 5 cookies! After that, I felt so bad that I decided to ust eat today-- Ill get back at it tomorrow.

Jann you're doing great! That is alot of steps!
 
My diet book says not to exercise except to walk. Even on regular eating days I get hungry when I exercise.

Beth - Well, when the only exercise I am allowed to do is walking, I walk. :D
Were they girl scout cookies - YUM!! We all have days, where you just need a cookie. [[[Beth]]]
