50 and over week of April 2 check in

I am around. It's so funny how little time I have for the computer - :eek:

I need to get some cardio in today. I am still doing push circuits every other day trying to get cardio in 2 times a week.
 
Hi, Y'All!

I became concerned about getting enough stretching, so I have upped the stretch workouts I am doing. Today I added a Classical Stretch for back pain to Basic Step (I took the step height down from my usual level to go a little easier on my back -- it worked), and Stability Ball Abs. I'm taking Advil and icing my back several times a day, and that seems to work.

Jann, I'm sure you are busy getting that puppy settled into his new home. Have fun!

Joan, I think we all understand why you are not posting so much lately. But soon the madness will be over for another year.
