Cathlete
Hello!
I had my first child 5 weeks ago via emergency C section. I was able to workout with Cathe until the morning before I delivered (with lots of modifications, especially at the end). I have had an amazingly easy recovery, and I know its because I was able to stay in shape during my pregnancy with Cathe.
I am ready to double knot my laces and get back into it! My doc said I could start with some light cardio and then add some upperbody then lower body then abs. I did the elliptical for the first time today and it went easier than I thought! This has been the longest break I have taken since I started working out consistently 11 years ago.
I was just wondering for those of you who have been in my position, where you started? I was thinking low impact series, but Cathe low impact isn't light cardio! I know I will be ready for that very soon though. I have got the new workouts like the 38th week of my pregnancy and its driving me crazy that I have not been able to do any of those yet!
