4DS TWICE A WEEK? Rotation help!!!

Hello,

Would it be going overboard if I did the 4DS upper body premix twice a week, and did lower body once a week with elliptical/treadmill 3 times a week and kickbox 1-2 times a week? Here's a rotation I'm thinking about:

Sunday- Legs and Glutes
Monday- 4DS premix Kickbox and Upper Body
Tuesday- elliptical or treadmill
Wednesday- easy walk, 4DS core and calves.
Thursday- elliptical or treadmill
Friday- 4DS Upper Body premix
Saturday- elliptical or treadmill

Any input or suggestions would be really appreciated!!!

I've done the 4DS upper body twice in one week many times. You've got it split up by 4 days & 3 days, so you should have safely recovered between sessions.

I'm a HUGE fan of this premix, since it effectively works EVERYTHING to a nice DOMS the next day.

My only wish would have been a variation on the upper body order between the upper body premix & the upper PART of the total body premix. I'm just a variety junkie, and by the time I get to the biceps track, I'm usually either out of time, or out of steam! But of course I can mix & match them myself, which I have done.

Either way, your rotation looks safe to me (even though I'm by no means an expert - just an avid Cathe exerciser).
