4DS question

Hi Cathe!!

I've been doing the 4DS now for 3 weeks:
M: chest and back
T: HIS OR LIS cardio only/LIS abs
W: shoulders/bi/tri
TH: HIIT on the treadmill/B&G stability ball abs
F: legs only premix and stretchmax #3
S: kickbox OR bootcamp cardio/ KB abs
S: off
next week I planned an endurance week using the pyramids and power hour.

However, I am seeing great results in terms of definition and strength from the past 3 weeks. My goal is to become really defined. With that in mind, would you recommend my continuing (sp?) with the above 4DS rotation, or moving on to my next rotation--> (I was going to do PS as a 3 day split and do HIIT on the treadmill for 2 days of cardio and kickbox or boot camp for the 3rd day of cardio) How do I know when to move on to get the best results? I usually just do a 4 week rotation.

Hope this all makes sense!!:+

TIA
Deanie

Personally I think that if you are still getting results continue what you are doing. You might even continue for up to 6-8 weeks before you change it up. Everyone is a bit different.

I absolutely love the results I've gotten with 4ds upper body premix. I've never done 4ds as it is intended :p

Thanks Catherine:) Any advise is appreciated!!
I just wasn't sure if I should continue and if I should for how long? So you answered those questions for me!;-) I'm also wondering if it was the higher weights less cardio that was working for me, or 4DS. If it was the former, than why shouldn't I switch to the PS rotation?; which is also heavy weights/less cardio.
.....I'm begining to think I have to much time on my hands!!!LOL:) I'm way over thinking something which should be simple!! (I'm blaming it on summer break:7 )

Thanks

Deanie, I think you certainly could switch over to a PS rotation and just keep pushing your self to go as heavy as you can. I agree about lifting heavier and less cardio working. That's what has worked for me ;)

LOL at over thinking things. That must be a female trait. At least that's what my DH says :D
