4DS HIS - I did it! I did it!

Hi Jennifer,

I too love the outdoor recreational type cardio, such as hiking, skiing, mtn. biking and it so true that the short but seriously intense cardio in 4DS helps with the steady state endurance! It motivates me to push through those blasts in HIS, LIS & BC!

Hi Michelle,
The first couple times I did the weight sections on 4DS I kept my weights light and I didn't really feel like I got into the grove of the workout, but the other day I really jumped up the weights and it was a whole new game! I really felt it the next day in that it hurts so good kind of way.....
