I did a w/o after all ! PUB, and I increased my weights for ch/ba and overhead press for tri....15/20/25/20/15, wowzer! I didn't do the abs but did the MMA fusion core cond drills there (that way I can move it to the bottom of the pile again, I don't really like that w/o besides the core drills).
Roxie, I guess it depends on how coarse your hair is, I haven't (and I can't believe I will admit this publicly) shaved my legs in about 3 mths and that's pretty typical for me (shame on me), my hair is fine though and blondish on my legs so you can't really see (unless the light is hitting it a certain way) or even feel it. I'm trying to think of some waay to adjust my pillows, I've always had a hard time sleeping on my right side, feels like my shoulder is being jammed into me, left side is fine. It's weird, I'm weird.
Mary, yes a whole electric blanket gets too warm, my heating pad warms it up just enough if it's especially cold, especially if I get up in the middle of the night to take a valarian or something, I get back to bed and I'm freezing, on goes the heating pad
It does have an automatic off, just in case.
