HI all, well, nothing like a slap in the face of it taking 4 hrs to do the same trail I did 18 mths ago at 1.5 hrs. (we did have to park farther away, so saying it took me twice as long). my BFF saw me thru (I was ready to turn back, glad I didn't ). I now know why people on Biggest loser throw up, at one point I thought I would.....it was hot. PT was proud of me, told me I should be glad I did it, so what if it took so long (I was so upset with myself). Work has been awful this week too, I think I did 40 hrs of work in the 12 hrs I worked.
Roxie, WOW, that's a lot of people! Maybe he'll get lots of toys or money for his college fund
Jody, sounds like you are handling this semester better. My team lead (who is out of town, hence the chaos at work this week), was encouraged to interview for another job. If she leaves, I don;t think I will last much longer, work is murder without her!
Mary, happy anniv, missed the day. Your birthday is coming up fast though!
Ronne, happy early anniv.

Hope dh doesn't give you the bug!
Well, my dog walks are really exhausting, I think I'm still recovering from the hike. I did do my PT. Hey, with all that hiking NO lower back pain! So PT helped that. My neck was no worse for the wear, worst thing that hurt was the rhomboids (I think planks are working those and those are stretched from surgery). I got my pressure trigger pointer, I think it might be good on my sore back, I have lots of knots to get out that they just don't go deep enough at PT (they do more of neck rotation). Speaking of that, I have a new exercise I'm not thrilled with, take a towel, around your neck, cross it, position hands just so, rotate head and encorage with pull of the towel. I'm happy enough with how far I can rotate (it isn't no 90 degrees!) I just wish it would stop hurting when I rotate.
