Hi everyone

It's a new month and I thought I might provoke better weather with our title!

Got a few workouts in over the weekend, did some yoga on Saturday, then RWH CST (I'm a bit sore today ;)) and KCM Stepboxing premix today.
Had a neighbour over for dinner on Saturday which was nice. Then we all watched the Britain's Got Talent final last night. (I suspect you have something similar.)

Mary - no, it's not normal to have a wedding on a weekday, it's nearly always a Saturday. They were both teachers and nearly all their friends are and it was half term so it made sense.
 
Hey, just commenting so I don't like this thread and I forget and post to old one. Uber busy with stuff for KS DS. Car problems (now he has mine), house rental problems ( mold and no water because of idiot landlord), trying to find another rental that takes dog's. Gotta run!
 
Good morning! Today did a Toby Massenburg workout, I wondered why I had it at the bottom of the pile, well it was 70 minutes, that's why! I did do it all tho! Yesterday did a Gilad w/o I got from the library, it was ok. Ronne, thanks for the explanation! I thought it was odd, makes sense tho! Lisa, sorry for DS. Mope it all works out. Roxie, it's wedding month! Hello to everyone else! Graduation was nice, I didn't stay for whole thing, I saw DS become president, then I went out to my car to read while I waited for him, worked out perfect! Today get my roots done, that's about it! I did KCM Cardio Pump Pyramid Wts before work this morning.

Lisa-I refuse to go from heat to air but it hasn't gotten hot here staying in the 60's.

Ronne-we are going to have sun for the next couple of days then rain again for the next 7 days.

Mary-wedding is next weekend hard to believe it's here already.

It has absolutely lashed it down here over the last 24 hours. We've had torrential rain and 40mph winds. Just crazy. The clouds have finally broken and there is sun to be seen. It's supposed to get better, but who knows?
Did B&G all the way through (minus a couple of things). Not done that for ages, it wasn't as bad as I dreaded. Felt like my backside needed working ;)
 
Hello! Today did RWH CS&T. Ronne, your weather sounds miserable, almost like November. Just to clarify, I didn't leave my kids graduation! DS was elected president for next year, I saw him become president, I didn't really know anyone graduating, I didn't want to look rude and read, I sat in the last row, last seat and then snuck out! Lisa, how is DS making out? Roxie, next weekend all ready? How fun! Kids only have a 1/4 day today due to finals, I better get moving! Mary
 
I did same workout today as you Mary! I'll claim the worst mother in the world title, I did leave my younger DS high school graduation. It was outside and it was freeeeeeezing! I watch him walk (was in the beginning since he was in honor area). He called us after saying he couldn't find us, we were at home! 5 min away so we then ran back. I think we have most of the DS trouble handled. Car ok, don't know why it threw the error check engine. Water fixed and landlord pulling out all the moldy drywall. And DS learned a life lesson on asking for what is right . Ronne, it's 90 here, hot! Will try to send that weather on too. Good job on b&g!

Mary - that was just what it was like. Sorry, I don't understand all this graduation stuff anyway. We don't have anything like that here!

Lisa - yes, please send us some good weather.

Did RWH BSB. I really like that one. I can see that Cathe is working really hard as well. Lots of work to keep me busy!
 
Hello! Today did AB. Lisa, that's funny! Did DS ever know that you left? Ronne, there is no graduation? When do you go to Australia? That's coming up isn't it? Hello to everyone else! I did turbo Barre lb premix. I just needed an easy-ish workout. My knee is still bothering me. I swear it's the estrogen, sounds strange I'm sure. Sleeping great still! Amazing how much it affected my sleep! Ronne, that workout is on the plan sometime this week. I'm amazed how little weight I can lift now. For example, only 15 tops for bench press, which to me isn't bad since 20 was what I used to do, but then I read people saying they use 30 dumbbells, wow! Mary, that's a lot of trips! I'm feeling lazy these days, maybe that's what going into retirement after a huge injury does to you? I guess it's only the 3 if us checking in these days.

I didn't do anything more then a walk yesterday and nothing today Dh and I went to the lake for 2 hours before I had to go to work it got cloudy and rain started to move in now its very warm and humid. I jumped and pre-ordered the new workout series sounds like what I have been waiting for not alot of complicated or high impact stuff.

Lisa-I refuse to kick the air on thats what fans and windows are for.

Ronne-weird you don't have graduations.

Mary-do your kids not get the summer off everyone around here is out already?
 
Well I think the title worked - the sun is out here!

Mary - no, we only have graduation for university/college. You just take your exams and leave school. There's usually some kind of final assembly. We have imported prom though!

Lisa - I only do max 25lbs as that's my biggest dumbbell and I'm not buying anymore.

Roxie - I don't think I'll preorder this time. Although I may end up cracking nearer the time!

Did X37 today, mega winded. Had to take a little break before the weights in Hi/Lo. Ortho appointment with DD this afternoon. Hope there might have been a bit of progress.
 
Good morning! Today did LLA and added the barre. Lisa, so glad you are sleeping! It changes everything! Roxie, no my kids are off school. They are just involved in so much we have a lot of stuff over the summer, only difference we can get up at 7, not 6! I'm excited about the new series! Ronne, isn't it funny how some days the workouts seem so hard, then other days you feel like you could go forever? Prom! So expensive here! Tuxes, dresses, flowers, tickets, hair do's, nails, make up, shoes! Haha! I could go on and on! Have to get DD to work and pick DS up from school! Good day! Mary
 
Spinning today. Roxie, DH allergies are so bad we rarely open the windows. I'll Pre-order, probably nearer the cut off date whenever that is. Mary, I have to change my dog walk to morning working out afterwards, it's tougher for me to workout after my walk. Ronne, I just saw a post where my great niece graduated from preschool!

Mary - I know, it's one US import I could have done without. We didn't have it in my day! We had a leaver's disco and that was it. And nobody really dressed up for it. Have you preordered?

Lisa - oh dear, poor DH, he must hate this time of year.

Yoga for me today, needed to stretch stuff out and slow down.
DD got a gym comp on Sunday so that will take up most of the day, so cleaning and jobs tomorrow!
 
Good morning! Today went to they gym with the kids, last night did Cathe live , yesterday's workout, too jumpy for me! Ronne, I haven't ordered the new ones yet, but I will! I did SuperCuts today. Mary, I slept thru all the weather last night! I fell asleep on the couch, even the Emergency Alert System signal (really loud BEEEEEEP) didn't wake me up! Ronne, US imports, lol ! I can't say that I blame you!
 
Good Evening,

I went for a walk over my lunch hour it quit raining so I could go we got another 3" today. I got my pharmacy tech liscense in the mail today pretty excited about that. I ordered the new workouts because I am tired of all the jumping and heavy wt stuff that she has been coming out with even the new KCM's have alot of jumping in them Cardio Pump has alot of jumping jacks and my knees just are not happy today. I guess because she filmed in Cathe's studio she needed to act like her.

Lisa-I live on allergy pills and a nasal spray but still leave the windows open.
 
Good morning! Today did an Ilaria workout, she is a beast! Had to get up early, DS had SAT's this morning, next weekend is ACT's. There is no break for these kids! Lisa, you guys got pummeled with rain again? Roxie, you too? Please don't send it here! Ronne, hope you are having fun cleaning! I did it yesterday. Hope everyone has a good day! Mary
