4 those of us "snowed in"...

RE: Hi Kathleen!

Hi Debbie! Thanks for your note. Yes, hubby being laid up is quite a chore... Hopefully the cast will be off next week. As for teaching -- I was unable to commit to this past semester (was possible kidney donor to Dad), but have been able to commit to spring semester. Start in March. MUST get back to the routine -- I've been doing mostly running lately with the dog - mostly due to time constraints. Not enough time to actually run the dog AND do Kickboxing and or Cathe -- but I have started spinning on Sunday mornings - it's GREAT cardio!

Hope you and the family are well and looking forward to the holidays. I have the in-laws coming in 2 weeks for 2 weeks. LOTS to do!

Take care,
K--

RE: What is Diet Swiss Miss ?.....

No snow shovelling here but I did jump the wall and gather kindling for awhile. It was the most exercise I have had in a while. That way we can build a fire on these 40 degree nights! It reached a sunny 68 today. Sorry to tell you guys that. My mom and aunt were visiting and we checked the weather channel for their return to winter wonderland and the temp was 6! Six! Come visit me in Tucson, Donna!

Wow Kathleen!

I had no idea your Dad was having a transplant. (or, that you were going to donate. How SPECIAL!!) How is he doing? We have some friends whose baby just had one 2 days ago.

Thanks~our family & I are doing very well. It's been quite hectic, but hey, family is what it's all about, right? Enjoy your time with yours and have fun with your jogging & spinning.
