4 Day Split DOMS .....?

For those of you who have the new workouts and have tried them already... I am curious as to how you felt the next day, what sort of soreness you had.

I did the kickbox workout yesterday and I am REALLY sore. It's not dibilitating, but it is definitely there and hard to ignore. I am mostly sore across my shoulder blades (I assume from all of the punching) and deep down in my glutes.

Anyone else?
 
I've done shoulders, chest and back and no DOMS. I'm very surprised but perhaps that's my cue to heavy up the weights a bit!}(

I didn't expect to be sore from KB or BC. I use the cardio to help loosen things up after a good weight work out anyway. :)

Or maybe you put more GUSTO into your kickboxing work outs! I hear about lots of folks who get DOMS from KB. It's because they really work at it, not because they are less fit!

I must admit though that I tend to be disappointed if I DON'T get DOMS after a weight work out!}(
 
I did 4DS: LIS on Thursday and I still have a bit of DOMS in my shoulders--more on the backside of them. I also had some DOMS in my calves yesterday which surprised me. Usually even if I burn during a calf workout I don't get DOMS but I did this time.

Yes, I did the double cardio premix from LIS/HIS, and I can feel it my legs today!:+ I did the KB 2 days ago and no DOMS.:(
 
I got it. I did the workout on Thursday when when I got it, and yes I felt the kickboxing in my upper back and shoulders like you would not believe! I do have the tendacy to overdo when I do kickboxing as it is my favorite, so I do tend to feel it.
