30min per Day Rotation Results Anyone??

Hi I was wondering if anyone was doing the rotation posted in the rotation forum that involves doing 30 min. of cardio plus one upper body part from PS followed by that same body part in PUB. What kind of results are you seeing??

check over in the Open Discussion forum - there's a bunch of posts on the June rotation.

I've been doing it - I'm in week 3 now - and I love it. The one-per-day format allows me to funnel my energy and concentration into working out that body part and the short (but intense) cardio sections are the perfect compliment. I've changed it around somewhat to suit my needs but generally follow the routine - it's definitely a change from what I was doing and I like that. I'm not sure I have visible results - my goal is to gain muscle.
