30 minutes or less rotation

I was wondering if anyone has made a 30 minutes or less rotation with strength and metabolic conditioning worked in there? Thanks in advance!
 
Have you looked at Cathe's Dec. 2013 timesaver rotation? I know that they are somewhat above the 30 mins, but you can always pick a different timesaver premix and make it shorter. Just an idea. Hope this helps.
