30 Minute cardio ideas

I am keeping my cardios to 30 minutes these days, for various reasons. I have been using the CTXs, but I am curious, have any of you modified the other DVDs to keep the cardios to 30 minutes instead of their usual 60?

I have Rhythmic Step, IMAX, MIC, PowerMax, Step Fit, Step Works, Body Max among other strength vidoes.

If I'm really crunched for time, I'll do only section 1 (26 minutes) from Step Heat. I modify the moves to put power where Cathe does not to make it more itense since I'm cutting out the 2nd ten minute long segment. I add power to the knee up tap the outsides (TOUGH!), all the lunges, etc.
 
I sometimes tack on 30 minutes of cardio to a weight workout. In addition to CTX, I usually opt for the Body Blast Series, since there are a lot of premixes that fit the bill. Therefore, I guess I don't really modify the cardio workouts unless they've been modified for me via premixes.
 
MIC lends itself nicely to being split into two 30 minute (+/-) workouts - do just the hi/lo or just the step portion, with the warm up of course.

I've also split both IMAX's up into shorter chunks. Just do 5 or 6 intervals out of the 10.
 
Yes, to all the other ideas, and Body Max's step section plus cooldown after skipping the leg circuit is 34 min. long. Doing only the warmup and leg circuits is also about 30 min. or so I believe. I do the warm up and first 5 intervals on IMAX and that works also then on a different day do the warm up and the last 5 intervals which also works, of course do the cooldowns also both days. I haven't really tried it alot with Rhythmic Step but the times are on the cover so it would probably work also.:D
 
additional suggestions:
1. C&W step only premix
2. BC cardio lower body only really keeps my heart rate up
3. check out some of the Step Blast pre mixes
4. KPC has a premix I believe that may be around 30"

Step Fit warm-up + segment 2 + PowerMax segment 2 (if you have Cardio Hits)
RS warm-up + challenge + SB challenge
SB warm-up + challenge + SJP step and hi/lo
first half/segment of Cardio Kicks
IMAX 2 intervals 1-5 OR 6-10

I need shorter workouts sometimes too. In case you are interested
the Timesaver DVD has some good shorter cardio segments.
