I had to cut down my workouts to 3 days a week I am down to Mon Wed & Fri and only have approx 1 hour to get it down. I have all of your workouts. Which ones with give me a good overall balance of cardio and weights. I'm looking to tighten up a bit and lose about 5 pounds.
