3.5 month rotation vs 6.5 months - advice please

I was going to do the 3 1/2 month rotation but am enjoying this so much that I am considering the longer one. Are there any benefits to doing the 6 1/2 month rotation rather than doing it as is and then repeating? My goals are to build more muscle and really impact my appearance. I don't need to lose weight - just want to look in the mirror and see some ripped chic looking back ;)

Cathe actually talks about this in the Cathe TV#2 segment that they just put up on the blog. Part of the difference between the two is the time frame you feel you are able to commit to. I personally am doing the 6 month rotation and so am in my 4th week (week 2 of week 2). I'm finding doing the workouts a second time I do a little better than the week before as I already have familiarity with the workout. And I don't have problems committing to the longer program. HTH! :)

Hi Jo! Thanks for the reply. I did see that segment the other day, which I was hoping would answer my question. I would like to know more about the muscle benefits rather than just time. Have you seen anything about this anywhere? Also, when I put the longer rotation in my calendar, it gives a random order and days back to back. Is that right??? Thanks again :)
 
Something must be messed up! The rotation on my calendar are all MWF all the way through (actually mine are moved to start on Sunday) and no random order. You may want to delete it and redownload.

Regarding muscle benefits, I haven't seen anything else - I was originally looking for this kind of information too.

Thanks - I will try to reload. It has back to back days, sometimes 5 in a week! And the numbering is nuts too for which disc to do. I think I've already messed up by starting a new week this week but I will just redo the first two weeks again in order (after this week, do week 1 again and then week 2 again), rather than doing week 1 then repeating, then week 2 and repeating. If I understand the way the calendar should look, then I am not off much. I would LOVE, though, to know the muscle benefits still - we can't be the only two people curious about that!! Just Shana and "Nicole" ;), sitting here wondering...
