Hi good morning everybody. Today I finish my first Cathe's rotation. It is the august rotation 2004. I am going to do L and glutes and PLB stability ball exercises. I hope we will have news of cathe soon.have a great day.

Mariangeles-Great job finishing the August Rotation:)

Today I did Circuit Max but only the first 50 min. My DH and I went shopping last night for a TV and a DVD/VCR combo so I didn't get to bed until 2 hours later than normalx(

The Good News is .........I got to move a larger TV to my basement workout room!!!! Too bad I'm so tired my eyes are on fire!!!}( x(

Wendy, thats cool you have a bigger TV in your basement!I was so happy to finally get a TV for my workout room...although it's only 13 inches!! Now if I can just get my X_mas stuff put away I might have some room...:)....

I was thinking of Imax Extreme this morning and some abs....enjoy the day ladies...:)...Carole
 
Good going Mariángeles with the August Rotation}( .

This morning for me was SB, omitted the SB Challenge; continued with SJP (only 20 mins.) and completed my workout with 15 mins. on the StairMaster. I so wanted to complete SB in it's entirety b/c that was part of this week's rotation set up for me by Mariángeles}( , but wasn't feeling it this morning;( , maybe next time.

Yesterday I decided to go for it and do the 82 minute KPC/L&G premix....and holy cow I actually completed it (ok I cut out the last leg segment because I was dying!) which was a miracle considering how tired i was when I came home last night!! Woo hoo:7 :7 !! I must have worked really hard on the pikes last night because my abs are sooo sore today I almost can't feel them:eek:!

Today is my powerflex class at my gym followed by C&W abs if I still have some steam left!

Wendy, sorry you are so tired, but that was an excellent reason to stay up late! just think how much you will enjoy it!

Haydee..today is SB for me too and the step portion of SJP. it sucks that you aren't feeling very spry today, but the day is young and maybe the energy fairies will visit you later! no pikes at least!
If you don't mind sharing, what rotation did Mari put togehter for you? i need one to follow also.

Sandy- 82 mins? good god! i am ordering that dvd this week with xmas $. i can't wait to get my ass kicked!

Morning all! This morning was PLB followed by Power Circuit cardio only (well all except the kickbox section because it started to get too late). I was having a difficult time with the cardio because my legs were so fried from PLB. But it's a good feeling! Continuing the clean eating. It feels good to be eating well again. I had a lot more energy this morning.

Mariangeles - I have been thinking about trying the August rotation too. It sounds like a killer. Good for you!

Sandy - What else can I say except HOLY COW!!!

Wendy - Congrats on the bigger TV! I just wish I had a workout room for my Cathe workouts. We have a workout room with a Bowflex and an elliptical machine, but there is no TV, so I have to do my Cathe workouts in the living room.

Jes, I am soooo glad you are getting this DVD, for me it's a staple I can't live without}( :D !! That was the first time ever that I tried that particular premix and the only thing I can tell you for sure is that you WILL get your a$$ kicked with this premix...woo hoooo}( ! You know I just have to say that we have all got to be a few sandwiches short of a picnic to be this excited over getting our a$$es kicked, lol!!!!!:p

By the way, to answer your question from yesterday it usually does snow here in NJ but we had a few GLORIOUS WONDERFUL years where we barely got a dusting through the entire winter....ahhh I remember those days fondly:) Then el nino or la nina or whatever the hell came along and ruined it, and now the last 2 or 3 years we have been getting slammed with snow! Last Presidents Day weekend we got killed with almost 2 feet of snow...and that was only ONE snowstorm! Believe me it is cool enough here now for even the hottest of hot flashes:p }( ! You seem like a tough cookie though and I think you can handle it:7 :7 !

- L&G and the abs of SJP
- Step Blast
- Power Hour and the cardio premix of SB or the step and hi/low premix of SJP.
- Kickbox cardio only and the abs.
- The Gaunlet in the terminator dvd
- ME
- Rest

Thank you Wendy you can use your VHS and DVD using the same equipment.It is great. Thank you Carole I am waiting a hardcore rotation too but I think it will be the february rotation 2005.I can not wait to try kickmax, low max etc... haydee thank you, good workout. Sandy I love L & G. It makes my lower body be on fire. Some exercises in this workout are similar to janis saffell brand new butt. I have to try the 82 minutes L&G/KPC you are talking about. Don't you think the dvd deserve each penny? I love the premixes. You can do your own combinations and, if it is possible with Cathe, you never get bored. I think that is impossible not have motivation with these fantastic workouts. thank you Jes I will try to post the rotation.You are going to enjoy the KPC/L&G dvd. Katie you have to try the august rotation. It is great to work the legs and glutes. I see improvements allmost in the endurance. I don't see improvements in the sliming down but I didn't eat clean.Lisa great workout. I have to come back to my job tomorrow AAAArgh. 29 and 30 and I will have holiday's days again 31- 9 of January.Have a nice great day everybody

That is a great rotation Mariangeles put together by the way....oh but I don't have the terminator dvd yetx( I'll just have to think of a substitute!
 
Mariangeles.....YES, these DVDs are worth every penny and more in my opinion!!!!! You better believe my legs were on fire between the kickboxing and explosive plie squats, one legged deadlifts, etc!! Yes, think this workout is definitely up your alley....I really should name this premix the "Mariangeles premix" in honor of all your insane workouts!

OMG you are off from the 31st to 9 January???!!! WOW!! Lucky girl!! Que buena suerta:) I hope you enjoy your time off:7 :) !!!
 
Good morning everyone <yawn>. I am not a perky one this morning. I am quite tired. Sleepy. Want to crawl back into the warm bed, but life calls, and so I must go on.....:)

This morning I did a workout that probably had a resemblence to 10-10-10 followed by PLB. I'm not sure that my attempts at moving my limbs in any particular direction was overly accurate. But I can say that I got it done, and some days that's the best I ask for <yawn>.

You all are a warm and kind group of people. Thank you for your responses to my personal diatribe yesterday.

Carole - my goal is to have my own workout room, hopefully when we move out of this rental property and into a full-fledged house. I will definitely put a mirror in it, because at the hotel I really liked being able to assess my form. And call me clueless but I never made a connection between "boxing day" and boxing with the crowds LOL! How very accurate! Boxing Day was handed down to Canada from our British roots and has something to do with gift exchanges between "servants" and "masters", but I can't remember exactly what. I'll send good-weather vibes for you on Saturday. Enjoy IMAX Extreme today. I've got that one lined up for tomorrow!

Lisa - are you still following the 2 week rotation I suggested? How are you liking it? Is it challenging enough for you? I'm really hoping Cathe posts a January rotation!

Donna - that is awesome that RS felt so easy for you!! High Five! Those squats and lunges in combo 3 nearly killed me when I first learned that workout out a few years ago. Then I began Cathe's strength training, and they feel much, much easier now. If you want to add a good blast to the end of RS, you could add HSTA cardio only. That works amazingly well.

Annette - new dumbells - YAY! I'm going to use some Xmas money to buy a second 25lb dumbell, and a set of platemates. I never thought I would be so excited about iron and magnets.

Judy - I'm not sure how to interpret the smilies you put in your rotation. Are you happy about doing PS, or dreading it? Your rotation looks very good!

Jes - a new barbell! Woohoo! Are you going to get the traditional kind, or the Troy Lite that Cathe uses? I can't believe you all got snow! Has anyone ever told you not to eat the yellow snow? That's important information.

Debbie - thanks for popping in! It's always nice to hear from you!

Haydee - LOL at getting Cathe's abs for the new year. That would be a dream, and not likely possible given the genetic material that I'm working with. Although, you never know what CoreMax might do!

Sandy - Excellent work on the KPC/LG premix!! Those premixes are so, so, so good, aren't they? You've inspired me to put one into my rotation next week! And I'm so flattered that I helped motivate you to give the chocolates to the predators. Out of sight, out of mouth, right? Today I will do the same. Oh, btw, on New Years' Day we are having friends over for brunch. Could you please tell me how to make mimosas? And what would you use for a non-alcoholic version?
Your best friend is a fitness instructor? I am very envious of that! Does she teach at your gym? Does she do any of Cathe's workouts?

Mariángeles - I am so impressed that you made it through the August rotation!! Excellent work!! What will you do now?

Wendy - how exciting about the bigger tv! And the first 50 mins of Circuit Max are the most strenuous. Good work! Do you do the compound weights as Cathe does, or do you sub your own weight work?

Katie - you and I almost did the same workout today! I even considered doing Power Circuit instead of 10-10-10, because I like it better, but decided PLB had enough weight work in it for one day. You must have great lower body endurance!

I suffered another case of premature sendulation this morning, so you may have seen only half of this post earlier. Bad finger! Bad bad!

Up all night sick with a stomach virus/flu, really weak now, holding down ginger ale. So no workout for me, I think a 3 lb dumbbell would feel heavy today!:(
 
Sandy...I do think we are all a "few sandwiches short of a picnic" to get so excited about these 'killer' workouts!! Not to mention the fact that we get online every day and cheer each other on in our pursuit of 'pain'! Isn't it GREAT to be this crazy?:p :p
 
Sandra, Yes, I am still following the rotation you made for me! and it has "kicked my butt" a few times:7

I made up a rotation for myself for Jan on the DVD & rotations forum
under "what is your jan rotation". Take a look and see how I did.
I have that gym membership until the end of the summer so I figure I really should make some use of it, although I really prefer doing cathe:-( .

huuu Hi again. I am sick. I am seeing the forums looking for Cathe or updates of SNM each five minutes. Really I am anxious. I have dreams about hardcore updates and about the day I will receive the dvd then my dream finish and I come back to the reality.

Sandy yes I am a lucky girl. As a public official i have 8 days for personal business.I can enjoy these days till the 31 of january. I have expend 4 aand I have 4 more. I like to have a premix with my name. thank you.Sandy to substitute the terminator you can use C & W and for example the first five intervals of IMAX 2.


Sandra I am planing to do an upper body rotation. maybe i will try to do again the november roation I couldn't finish.

Lisa i will see your rotation. Enjoy the weight training in the gym. For cardio I think cathe is enough.

Lisa maybe we are crazy but it is a wonderful madness isn't it?

Haydee, thanks for posting the rotation! it looks great. ggod job Mari. one of these days, someone will have to explain to me the art of creating a rotation. unfortunately, i can't do that one with you b/c i don't have the majority of those workouts ;( .

Sandra, hahahahahah! :* yes! i have hear about that evil yellow snow and i so appreciate your reminder! you're such a fabulous friend to think of these things ! :D feel perkier soon!

i just finished SB and 438 calories are gone. sad thing is there are no workouts that burn 3500 times 30! x(
