22 Minute Hard Corps.

I ordered! Couldn't resist the free shipping. . .I like Tony. In the summer, I like shorter intense workouts. I also think these would be great add ons. I loved Weider Ruthless, which has workouts with a similar length. Love to hear what everyone thinks of this set!

I did Core 1 today as an add on to another workout. It was a good, solid core workout. For the price, I'd be happy with the 2 core workouts alone! Can't wait to try the rest of the program (3 Cardios and 3 Resistance).

It reminds me of Ruthless (I love that set too). I got mine off Totalfitnessdvds.com. Look for the "Team Beach Body" sign on the right column. Click on that, and it will show you the options with Hard Corps (Basic set is what I bought). They do not show clips, but You Tube usually has clips.

I'm tempted by the free shipping too. Watched some clips on youtube but still not sure. Now that Cathe has something new coming out this
summer, I think I'll just wait.

Why am I so tempted by this? I love Ruthless too but hardly ever use them so why do I need another set of add-on workouts? But the price, the free shipping...

Must stop buying new workouts!! I think I need an intervention.:rolleyes:

So I caved and got it and have to see that I'm really liking it. It is a struggle getting through some of the burpees! I've been adding a muscle meltdown from Cathe or XTrain barre and sometimes a blizzard blast. Very sweaty!!!

I did Cardio 1 today (added it on to a 30-minute lower body P90X3 workout). It was really fun! I like the callisentics-type moves and love seeing the vets! My heart rate was up, and I was sweating. I also did Core 2 the other day. It is the same workout as Core 1 but doubles the reps! Liked it too. So far, so good.

You can find that here too..it's the Like/Review/Verify/Don't Buy check in, saved me more than a few $ this year and it's a perfect little system you can apply to just about everything. I don't have any problem either, sending something back to the source if it's not right. Now, where can I unload the stuff I don't need anymore?

Now, where can I unload the stuff I don't need anymore?

So true!! I'm not having much luck thinning down my collection either. I've only been able sell one workout program on ebay but ebay's cut doesn't make it very worthwhile for one-off dvd's. I've tried craig's list and a local on-line swap shop without much luck either.

I don't blame people, it just means they don't want more "stuff". I didn't realize I was such a pack rat. Occasionally Amazon will have a offer to buy that's not bad, might be an easier way to purge.

Even so, there are some specific things I want to try or do that still only exist in dvd or books.
