Cathe... I asked on another forum but think it got missed... Your help is appreciated.

Adjustable Resistance Toning Tubes

(sorry! Couldnt figure out how to post the actual picture in here)

These come in SM, M. L ... What does that mean? Is it the length? If so what is the length of each size? ~ I was assuming these were "just" regular tubing but then I saw the size option and am wondering...

Next Question:

Over on STS Forum some of us had questions regarding Overhead press vs. front press - Would you mind helping us with understanding these 2 please?!

Thanks - & as a side note....I am so excited for STS to arrive..Thank you so much for taking on a project of this magnitude for your fans.

Hi :)

Not Cathe, but I saw your 2nd question and found an awesome website that has a muscular movement video of TONS of exercises... while everyone may have a slightly different name for each of the exercises, I bet the majority of them can be looked up here... I really couldn't tell the difference between the two exercises you listed, but somehow it appears (as the individual muscles worked are highlighted during the movement) that the first one apparently engages down into the chest a bit more, but they look like the same movement to me... even though the second one below is NOT an alternating movement... maybe that is the difference...

and

http://www.hyperstrike.com/my_lab.aspx?exerciseid=766 (although not alternating)

thought this might help for a lot of the 1RM exercises that I have questions on... I'll be saving this in my fav's and taking my laptop into the weight room to finish up any tests that I have questions on ;)

good luck and HTH's a little :)

Thanks Dani! A super site!!

I think an overhead press has the elbows out to the side, where the front press has the elbows more to the front. But I could be wrong...
