How's everyone doing? This weekend we had beautiful weather, I love fall! I had a not so great eating day on Saturday, but I was back on track yesterday and hopefully the bloat will leave soon. :)

Sat: Cathe Basic Step + Gin's Simply Step
Sun: CTX Step & Intervals (cardio only) + KPC Cardio Drills premix
Mon: Viper (step/intervals only) + Bootcamp Core Premix

I am not doing well as Kathy G that is for sure. You look great Kathy! Off to do some slow and heavy, some abs, and a run.
 
Hi Everyone,

Hope all is well and that you don't mind if I started the Friday thread. The sun is shining here in Michigan but it is chilly. Frost on the ground.

My back is feeling a bit better today. I am heading to the chiro this morning. I worked out already. I did PP pre mix upper body (2 sets). I went a little lighter on the weights. No lower body as I didn't want to mess with the pelvis and siatic.

Clean eating so far. I lost a pound this week which both shocked and thrilled me as I was unable to do a thing on T,W,TH. I have to eat on the fly tonight (fast food) as we are heading down to Michigan State for a Hockey game with kids (son, neice, nephew) in tow after Detroit Lions Mini Football camp. Whew! Also going to walk the dog here in a bit for light aerobic. Bayley Beagle is getting stir crazy.

A great friend of mine that I work with lived in Frankenmuth a few years back. She always talks so highly about it. Says it is a small town and everybody knows everybody. That is so neat.

Morning ladies!

How's is going for everyone? I had a great day yesterday, and have to keep it up til Tuesday since I've used so many flex points. Did stepmax yesterday, which was hard because I was really tired. Luckily feeling more energetic today, may tackle Boot Camp or Imax 2. We'll see!

Ordered 4 of the body blast series vids (not PP or SS, as people don't seem to love these), as well as rhythmic step and the legs video of P&S for Christmas from my parents. Any comments on these? I was particularly excited about the lying legs pictures of P&S - seems different from other Cathe tapes I have.

Hi everybody,
I haven't worked out in two days! Tonight I am running and doing abs. Tomorrow is upper body.

You know I haven't been treating this very seriously. I have been posting my daily stuff, like if I stayed on program or not. This is a CHALLENGE. I have been off points on WW for 3 days! I am not treating this as a challenge.

For now until the New Year I am getting serious!! Staying on points and reaffirming my commitment to this challenge. I noted my goals before on this board, I am going to write them again.

1. Lose 10 pounds by New Years Day
2. Run at least 4 times a week
3. Do Cathe videos according to month's rotation
4. Do not go beyond my point limit on WW

Thanks for listening. I have been feeling bad about myself because I have been cheating big time on the diet.

Lori: It's great that you recognize that you have not been true to your goals, but don't beat yourself up. You are doing the right thing by renewing your commitment!! Keep the faith, girl!!

I think you made really good choices on the new vids you got. Leaving out the PP and SS is a good idea they just aren't that great. I do them occasionally, but I always feel like I need to do another workout, because they just aren't all that challenging. And, adding to your cardio collection is great to do, since those are the ones you do over and over and over again. It's nice to have enough for a really good rotation. You might want to consider making the switch to DVD. I find the features that allow you to switch things around and create your own workouts really useful. For example you may easily do the step sections from a circuit workout and the calves, and quads from another, and then finish it out with abs from a different vid. All without too much fuss. It's great. Enjoy your new vids!!!

Well, I have to say, I feel off the wagon, and I fell hard. I weighed myself last week, and I have gained and relost the same lb. since I started Core. I was totally devastaed. I alot alot of bad things for the last 24 hours. I am going to add in more veggies, less starches, and not eat a treat meal at night, just have a small bowl of pudding or something. So, I am back on tomorrow.

We sound like we are in the same boat. I will be thrilled if I can maintain this week.

I went for a 4 mile run tonight and it was pure enjoyment. Very breezy and beautiful out tonight. I am feeling better already. Hopefully I can have a good 3 days until weigh in on Thursday.

Hi ladies, can I climb in the boat too? Was doing really well today - great on flex, went for long walk. Just too hungry or tired of health food. Ate candy and ice cream. Not beating myself up too bad, but I can tell I haven't lost much, if any, this week. Although I've exchanged more activity points this week than last, I get the feeling that my dietary excess this week will not be enough to counteract it.
Hey, guess that's how I ended up at 156 pounds! Lori, I too am praying for maintenance this week. And I have used up all flex points and thus have 2 days of 22 points (boo hoo for me). Next week I'm going to New Orleans for 4 days too, with friends. No chance of weight loss next week. Week after is Thanksgiving - yep, if I'm lucky, I'll hold steady for the next 2 weeks!
