Which one are you doing first? Doesn't have to be the one you are most excited about.
Based on my current rotation, I think I will try High Reps on Saturday. Mainly because I am already doing P90X and I like adding a high rep/low weight day once a week.
I am most excited about Intensity. And if I am up to it, I may try it out before High Reps...otherwise I will TRY to hold off until I feel it fits best with my rotation.
