1RM Test - Does Weight Used Include the Bar?

I own two barbells; one bar weighs 5 pounds and the other weighs 1.7 pounds. I would think that the bar weight should be included in the total weight input for my 1RM calculation, correct?

Also, I believe for the dumbbell exercises, you enter the weight for ONE dumbbell, even if you are doing something like a SQUAT or FLY where you might be holding TWO dumbbells, correct?

My 1RM stats are WAY lower for Dumbbell exercises than the average CatheNation user, but my barbell stats are in line w/ everyone else's. That's why I'm wondering if most people are entering the sum of both dumbbells.

Example: My "Incline front raise on stability ball" 1RM = 7 pounds, which means I have 14 total pounds of dumbbell weight in my two hands.

The average 1RM for the same exercise = 20 pounds, but I can't quite believe everyone else can raises two 20-pound dumbbells forward, one in each hand, for a total of 40 pounds?

For barbell - total weight lifted,
For handweights - total weight of ONE bell. Cathe confirmed that in another thread.
