How many new exercises are there for XTrain that require a 1RM? I've just glanced at the manual, but it appears that I will be able to use my STS statistics, but that there are new exercises that will require more 1RM testing. Is that correct?

I think the exercises that are 1000 and higher in the book are new (last two pages of 1RM section if Xtrain guide)
