1RM Chart by body part??

I want to re-do my 1RMs, but in a more organized manner this time around. Does any one happen to have a spreadsheet grouping them by body part that you'd be willing to share? Or is there a way to print out from WM? (I,m not too tech savvy so maybe this is easy, but I'm not seeing it).

Hi karen -
In the workout manager, choose STS in the bar at the top, then choose the second option, One Rep Max Calculator (Take a one rep max test) and then you can change the 1RM test from all excercises to body part.

In step one, you can also choose STS, and then you can test in teh order of each group as well.

In Step 1, selct muscle group, and then in step 2 choose your body part. :)
