#19 Kick Box and High Step Circuit + Abs – 50 Minutes premix

Does anybody know what the #19 Kick Box and High Step Circuit + Abs – 50 Minutes premix from the Kick, Punch, and Crunch/Legs & Glutes DVD consists of?

I only have the Body Blast series on VHS (I know, I know, I need to get the DVD versions, which I will at some point in the future). The above premix is listed on a rotation I want to try, so I'm wondering if I can cobble something together from other work outs I have, maybe putting something together from a DVD (such as Kick Max) and the VHS of Legs and Glutes. I have a DVD player and a VCR hooked up to my work-out TV. Any thoughts?

Allison, just to clarify, this is premix circuit doing L&G leg presses onto the high step interspersed with KPC moves. I don't know the exact sequence but it doesn't involve the HSC workout.

Those links are awesome! Got any more? I've always thought that it would be so nice to know what is in the premixes for all of the Cathe DVDs. Is that information somewhere that I don't know about?
