I am very familiar with Cathes' taps, but I have been out of the workout scene for several months. I am starting a new workout schedule on Monday. Do you think the 16 week program would the right mix or too much to start out? Any advice would be appreciated!!!
I think you can do it. You will not get bored. If things seem to hard maybe fore the first week or for the first 4 week rotation keep your step low and your weights low. Good luck and let me know how you like it.
